Robin Tolkan-Doyle has operated the LA-based boutique beauty agency Charmed PR since 2006. Specializing in indie beauty brands, she provides her clients with hands-on representation that most beauty entrepreneurs don’t experience with larger firms. From securing media placements, creating marketing campaigns, copywriting and ghost writing to landing sales accounts, Robin’s exclusive approach as a silent partner to her clients comes from her unique career path.

Robin has a built-in understanding of the media world from starting out on the other side of the pitch as a journalist and beauty editor. Coupled with her years of experience as a beauty business entrepreneur (she created and ran a successful hair accessories company from (1999-2005), Robin has a genuine empathy and understanding for the needs of her clients.

Some of the brands Robin has grown include Baby Foot, The Better Skin Co., C’est Moi, POPWHITE, and Musely. Co-Founder of The Better Skin Co. Prior to founding EKPR, Erin co-founded The Collective, a fashion and beauty public relations agency. Before that, she specialized in beauty and lifestyle PR at leading New York and Los Angeles firms including Siren PR and B|W|R, gaining unparalleled experience and contacts. She provided consulting and public relations services to the industry’s foremost fashion and beauty brands including: TRESemmé, Kérastase, LUSH Cosmetics, Elemis, Weleda and Juicy Couture, among others.  She has managed press for personalities including Orlando Pita, Kristofer Buckle, Sonya Dakar and Jenna Hipp. Erin also specializes in event planning and has produced large-scale affairs for clients including Live Earth, Aveda, Environmental Media Association and Project Runway.  Her beauty icons are Kate Moss, Blanche Devereaux, and Dwyane Wade.  She’s from New Jersey, so no question, she’s sassy. Erin graduated from Emerson College with a BS in Communications.
