For over three decades, Frederic Fekkai has shaped the global beauty landscape. Through his passion for innovation and natural beauty, Frédéric created an entirely new category of premium hair care that continues to thrive today. In 1989, he opened the first of seven luxury Fekkai salons across the US, servicing approximately 1,500 clients daily. In 1995, Frederic launched his eponymous, award-winning luxury hair care product collection, which is sold in over 40 countries around the world.
Frédéric and his family now divide their time between New York and his hometown of Aix-en-Provence, appreciating its culture, the land, and quality of life. In 2015, Frédéric and his wife, Shirin von Wulffen, acquired and refreshed their favorite heritage brand from Aix-en-Provence: Bastide, a beauty and lifestyle collection inspired by the wellness philosophy of Provence and founded on a commitment to artisanship and to clean, toxin-free living. In 2010, Frédéric was awarded the Chevalier de L’ordre National du Mérite, one of France’s highest honors in recognition of his positive impact on French culture.

Holly Thaggard is the Founder of Supergoop!, the first and only lifestyle brand 100% dedicated to UV protection. Holly is aiming to change the way the world thinks about SPF through clean, feel-good, highly innovative formulas. When a close friend was diagnosed with skin cancer, Holly learned that it’s the most common type of cancer in the U.S. – and that it’s primarily preventable with the use of daily SPF.
But she also discovered that the #1 reason people don’t wear it every day is because it doesn’t feel good on their skin. So in 2007, she launched Supergoop!, a collection of ingredient-conscious, efficacious formulas that deliver broad spectrum protection in unique, user-friendly and feel-good ways. Holly is on a mission to stop the epidemic of skin cancer by changing consumer myths about SPF through these products, which also nourish the skin and blend in seamlessly with your daily routine. As Founder & CEO, Holly has hired a best-in-class leadership team and has been intimately involved with establishing and developing all divisions of the brand, from marketing to product development to sales. Over the course of her Supergoop! career, the brand has been included in Allure’s “Best of Beauty” list four years in a row and has won a 2012 CEW Award for Indie Beauty Brand. Holly graduated from LSU with a B.S. in Education, and prior to starting Supergoop!, she was a third grade teacher and professional harpist. She currently lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and two children.
Annie began her career in the luxury personal care category with her first job at Estee Lauder. In 1998, after 6 years at Estee Lauder, Annie was recruited by Steve Bock to be one of the early members of the team that launched Sephora USA, a newly created division of LVMH, in her initial role in Inventory Planning, and eventually the Director of Merchandising. In 2002, after 5 years at Sephora, Annie held different roles outside of cosmetics as the VP, DMM of textiles at Restoration Hardware as well as owning her own retail business. Eventually, Annie returned to cosmetics in Global Product Marketing for Benefit Cosmetics where she learned the fundamentals of product development, supply chain management and brand marketing from a leading personal care organization.
In 2011, Annie returned to her Sephora roots, in merchandising for color cosmetics at Sephora inside JC Penney and was able to leverage both her branding and merchant skills. Annie has had the rare privilege of working closely with brands from ‘concept to customer’, leading multiple teams whose responsibilities spanned from creative product ideation to in-store merchandising and promotions.
In 2013, Annie joined Shashi Batra in co-founding Credo. Credo’s mission is to change the way people think about the products they use every day.
